The talent competition acknowledges the quality of the performance, technical skill level, stage presence and the interest and entertainment value. Each talent routine can not exceed 90 seconds in length excluding the emcee's introduction. Don't be afraid to ask us for help in narrowing down your choices. This is the largest part of your score and we want you to put the best of you out there. Scoring, 35%
Private Interview:
This is the first time the judges will meet you and you can never make a second, first impression. The entire interview is 10 minutes long with the last 30 seconds being your time to "close" the interview (the head judge will let you know when this is). We are looking for someone to fill a job position. Be prepared to answer questions about your resume, platform, current events/issues and politics. Have opinions and reasons why you feel the way you do about topics. Watch the news and listen to news radio. Use this as a time to better yourself and become in tune with the world around you. Scoring, 25%.
On Stage Question:
This is an on stage continuation of the private interview. You will answer 2 questions. One about your platform and the other a random choice. Scoring, 5%
